1. Non-Returnable Products

All products listed and sold on www.nuclearorganics.com are non-returnable, as per the applicable government guidelines for fertilizers and agrochemical products.

❗ Fertilizers are categorized as non-returnable goods due to safety, regulatory, and quality control reasons. Once delivered, they cannot be exchanged, returned, or restocked.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping. However, if you receive a product that is damaged during transit, we will issue a full refund or store credit, as per your preference.

To be eligible for a refund due to shipping damage:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • Provide clear photo/video evidence of the damaged product and packaging.

  • Share your order ID and contact details.

Once verified, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

3. Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled due to the non-returnable nature of our products.
